Our shipments are processed through third parties and courier services who support us in delivering our items, shipping rates may vary based on region and country, or at the discretion of our vendors.

Please note that you (the customer) are responsible for costs incurred to return the item to us, and can only claim financial responsibility for the product itself, excluding additional costs such as shipping and VAT.
